My were another brand and went on about the same way. I used black cable ties on the bag supports (Suzuki brand accessory) and small yellow velcro ties on the rear lamps. Available in packages at Home Depot and I'd guess others. Put Suzuki ones on my SIL's 99 about the same way. Not to many options as far as I know. Cross tie the yoke at the best height for your bags and use their ties or others to finish securing them. I ran w/o supports until I saw what a difference they made on the new one. Makes the bag hold their shape and up off the drive belt guard.
